摘 要:目的探讨纳米银的化学发光增敏作用,建立盐酸异丙肾上腺素、硫酸沙丁胺醇和硫酸特布他林的流动注射化学发光分析方法。方法基于3种β2-受体激动剂对铁氰化钾-鲁米诺化学发光反应的增强作用,以纳米银为增敏剂,结合流动注射技术,建立3种β2-受体激动剂的化学发光分析方法。结果在优化的条件下,盐酸异丙肾上腺素、硫酸沙丁胺醇和硫酸特布他林分别在1-20,3-30和3-50ng·mL^-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,检测限分别达到0.3,0.6和0.3ng·mL^-1。日内和日间相对标准偏差均小于4.6%,回收率在96.7%-99.4%范围内。结论建立的方法应用于药物制剂中3种β2-受体激动剂分析,纳米银通过吸附和稳定活性氧自由基增敏铁氰化钾-鲁米诺化学发光反应。Objective To investigate the sensitized effect of silver nanoparticles for chemiluminescence reaction ,and develop a flow injection method for the detection of isoproterenol hydrochloride ;albuterol sulfate ;terbutalin cultate .Methods Coupled with the flow injection technique ,a chemiluminescence method was developed based on the enhanced effect of 3 β2‐adrenergic agonists on potassium ferricyanide‐luminol system in the presence of silver nanoparticles .Results Under the optimal conditions ,isoprotere‐nol hydrochloride ,albuterol sulfate and terbutaline sulfate were linear in the range of 1‐20 ,3‐30 and 3‐50 ng · mL^ -1 ,respective‐ly .The limit of detection were 0 .3 ,0 .6 and 0 .3 ng · mL^ -1 .The relative standard deviations were less than 4 .6% ,and the re‐coveries were in the range of 96 .7%‐99 .4% .Conclusion The developed method was applied to determine 3β2 adrenergic agonists in pharmaceutical preparations ,indicating that silver nanoparticles could adsorb and stabilize the reactive oxygen species to sensi‐tize the chemiluminescence reaction .
