鲁西南某县家长对儿童被动吸烟认知现状分析

摘　　要：目的：了解鲁西南某县家长对儿童被动吸烟的认知情况,为改善该县儿童被动吸烟现状提供依据。方法：参照卫生部/WHO控制儿童被动吸烟项目基线调查核心问卷,根据鲁西南自身特点自制该问卷,对3~6年级儿童家长进行调查。结果：该县父亲吸烟率51.5%,母亲吸烟率7.0%,该县只有39.3%的家长对被动吸烟了解很清楚,仅有58.5%的家长对孩子进行过被动吸烟方面的教育,仅有64.3%的吸烟家长会听取孩子的劝阻。家长对烟草危害性的认知状况、对吸烟现象的态度、避免被动吸烟的行动是家长对孩子进行被动吸烟教育的影响因素。结论：该县家长对被动吸烟危害儿童健康的认知状况及保护儿童免受被动吸烟的能力均较差,应采取多种途径提高家长对烟草危害性的认知率,从而降低儿童被动吸烟率。Objective To investigate the cognitive situation of parents about the passive smoking in the Southwest of Shandong province,in order to improve the passive smoking status of children in this county. Methods Children＇s parents of 3 ~ 6 grade in this county were surveyed by using a questionnaire which was designed according to the core questionnaire for the baseline investigation of controlling children＇s passive smoking used by Ministry of Health and WHO and the characteristics of the Southwest of Shandong province. Results The smoking rate of this county＇s father was 51.5% , mother was 7.0%. The parents who known the passive smoking very clear was 39.3%. Children of 58.5% were educated about the passive smoking knowledge by parents. Only parents of 64.3% followed children＇s dissuasion. Parents who had the education to children were affected by the cognitive situation of par- ents about the passive smoking, and the attitude of the smoking phenomenon and the behavior of avoid passive smoking. Conclusion The parents are weak in both the cognition of children＇s health and cognition of the protection to the children＇s passive smoking , ac- cording to this, the parents＇ cognition of harm to the tobacco should be enhanced in many different ways, lowing children＇s passive smoking rates.
