功能性阳痿通阳治疗的规律性研究

摘　　要：根据中医通阳理论的论述,通过检索历代通阳法治疗阳痿的文献资料,总结10余年来通阳治疗阳痿的临床病案,归纳和论证并得出了"阳痿"绝大部分为病邪阻滞,阳气不达宗筋这一新发病结论,系统地总结出了通阳治疗阳痿的辨证规律和治疗方案,确定了祛邪通阳起痿的治疗大法,应用于临床,并取得了满意的疗效,从而从理论和临床两个方面证实了阳郁致痿和通阳治痿这一理论的正确性,本课题理论与临床相结合,为今后临床治疗本病提供了一种新的、有效的辨证治疗思路和方法。This topic according to activating Yang theory of TCM, by retrieving all previous dynasties activating Yang method of documents and materials for the treatment of impotence. Summing up more than 10 years to activating Yang clinical medical record for the treatment of impotence. Induction and demonstration and obtained the ＂impotence＂ for the most part as the dis- ease evil block. Systematically summarizes syndrome differentiation and treatment of using activating Yang method to treat erectile dysfunction, to determine the treatment of eliminate pathogenic and activating Yang to cure impotent, clinical applications, and obtained the satisfactory curative effect, and from two aspects of theory and clinical confirmed the correctness of Yang depression to committee and activating Yang to cure functional impotent of this theory, this topic theory combined with clinical, for the clinical treatment of the disease provides a new and effective ideas and methods diagnosis and treatment.
