中药熨烫辅助治疗膝骨性关节炎疼痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熨烫辅助治疗膝骨性关节炎疼痛的效果。方法:将95例膝骨性关节炎患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组48例和对照组47例,观察组给予加味当归四逆汤、温针灸及中药熨烫治疗,对照组给予加味当归四逆汤和温针灸治疗,观察临床效果。结果:两组治疗有明显差异,观察组优于对照组。结论:通过有效实施中医护理措施,运用中药熨烫治疗有利于缓解膝骨性关节炎膝部疼痛。Objective： To observe the curative effect of TCM ironing to ease the pain of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 95 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group with 48 cases and controlled group with 47 cases, the observation group received Modified Danggui Sini Decoction and warm acupuncture plus TCM ironing, the controlled group was given Modified Danggui Sini Decoction and warm acupuncture, the clinical effect was observed. Results： The treatment in the two groups had obvious differences, the observation group was better than the controlled group. Conclusion： Through the effective implementation of nursing measures, the use of TCM ironing therapy helps to ease pain of knee osteoarthritis.
