腰俞穴麻醉结合长强穴埋线在肛肠科手术中的临床应用与研究

摘　　要：目的：观察腰俞穴麻醉结合长强穴埋线的麻醉方式对肛肠科手术麻醉和持续镇痛的效果。方法：选择2008年12月~2013年6月收治的3000例肛肠手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各1500例,观察组术前采用腰俞穴麻醉结合长强穴埋线方式进行麻醉,对照组采用传统的腰俞穴麻醉方式进行麻醉,比较两组的麻醉镇痛效果、主要不良反应和术后并发症。两组在年龄、性别、病种分布上无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结果：观察组的麻醉镇痛效果和主要不良反应明显优于对照组,术后疼痛程度和毒副反应小、主要并发症明显低于对照组。结论：采用腰俞穴麻醉结合长强穴埋线麻醉方式可有效提高患者的镇痛效果,延长术后镇痛时间,减少不良反应及并发症发生,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the anesthesia and analgesia effect of Yaoshu points anesthesia combined with Longstrong point catgut embedding in anorectal operation. Methods： Choosing from 3000 cases of anorectal operation patients from December 2008 to June 2013, were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group with 1500 cases in each group, the patients of the observation group adopted Yaoshu points anesthesia combined with Long-strong point catgut embedding method of anesthesia, the controlled group used the traditional way of Yaoshu points anesthesia to anesthesia, comparison of two groups of anesthesia and analgesia effects, the main adverse reaction and postoperative complications. The two groups in age, gender, disease distribution was no statistical significance （P〉0. 05 ）. Results： The observation group of the narcotic analgesic effect and major adverse reaction was better than the controlled group, little postoperative pain and side effects, the main complications were lower than that of the controlled group. Conclusion ： Using Yaoshu points anesthesia combined with Long-strong point catgut embedding anesthesia can effectively enhance the analgesic effect of patients, prolong the time of postoperative analgesia, reduce the adverse reaction and complication, It is worthy of clinical promotion.
