基于PubMed数据库的近10年早产儿视网膜病变文献计量分析  

Bibliometric Analysis of Current Retinopathy of Prematurity Research Based on Pub Med Database in Recent Ten Years

摘　　要：目的分析国际上近10年早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)的文献规律及研究热点。方法对2005年1月至2014年12月美国国立医学图书馆Pubmed数据库收录的相关文献采用书目信息共现挖掘系统(BICOMS 2.0)进行文献计量分析,利用SPSS15.0统计软件对高频主题词进行共词聚类分析并描绘聚类关系图。结果共检出ROP相关文献2 559篇,发文量逐年增加。美国发文量1 170篇,占总发文数的45.7%。相关高频主题词共19个,共词聚类分析发现高频主题词聚类为4个类别,依次为病理生理学/药物治疗研究、诊断/治疗/病理研究、病因学/流行病学/预防控制研究、遗传学研究。趋势性χ2检验显示:在发表的ROP相关文献中,高频主题词diagnosis、surgery、retinal detachment/surgery、genetics的出现频率呈逐年显著下降趋势(P均<0.05)。而drug therapy和angiogenesis inhibitors/therapeutic use的出现频率则呈逐年显著增加趋势(P均<0.05)。结论国际上近年来对ROP的关注和发文量逐年增加,欧美国家作者的科研发文量占主导地位。国际上ROP的研究热点主要集中在病理生理学、诊断治疗、流行病学和预防控制、遗传学研究4个领域。部分主题词研究点的被关注程度呈现迥异不同的变化趋势,值得引起关注。Objective To analyze and reveal the international researching hot topics in retinopathy of prematurity（ROP）field in recent years.Methods ROP related articles during 2005-2014 were retrieved from Pub Med database for bibliometric analysis related studies by software of BICOMS. PASW18.0 statistical software were used to cluster high frequency hot topics of published articles,and the clustering relationship picture of high frequency hot topics were drawn. Results A total of 2 559 ROP related articles were retrieved,the number of published articles increases year by year. American published 1 170 ROP related articles,which accounted for 45.7% of worldwide totally published articles. Nineteen high frequency hot topics were gained. High frequency hot topics were clustered into 4 categories,which ranked as pathophysiology/ drug therapy,diagnosis/therapy/physiological,etiology/ epidemiology/ prevention and control,genetics. Chi-square trend test found that,the frequency of some research hot topics,including＂diagnosis,surgery,retinal detachment/surgery,genetics＂in published ROP related literatures showed a significant decreasing trend（each P〈0.05）. But other study hot topics of＂drug therapy and angiogenesis inhibitors/therapeutic use＂showed a significant increasing trend（each P〈0.05）. Conclusion Recently,researchers around the world pay more attention to ROP related study,and the published ROP related articles rapidly increased. American and European countries occupy the dominant position for the number of published ROP related articles. The international main research focus included 4 fields,pathophysiology,diagnosis/therapy,epidemiology/ prevention and control,genetics. Attentions should be paid to the quite different concern trend to the international researching hot topics in ROP.
