大庆地区腹膜透析患者溶质转运功能变化与其合并症关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探究腹膜透析患者其溶质的转运功能改变与合并症的关系。方法本文将以大庆地区为例,对合并症与患者溶质转运功能之间的关系进行分析,并有针对性的提出改善患者溶质转运功能的措施。结果低白蛋白血症、糖尿病等合并症与患者的溶质转运功能的改变有着一定的相关性。结论对患者进行腹膜透析治疗时,应当定期对患者的溶质转运功能进行测评,并采取针对性的措施予以预防。Objective To explore the relationship between the incidence of peritoneal dialysis patients of transport function changes and complications.Methods This article would take Daqing area as an example, and the relationship between complications and transport function changes was analyzed and presented targeted way to improve transport function changes in patients.ResultsHypoalbuminemia,diabetes and other complications with transport function changes of patients had certain relevance.Conclusion For peritoneal dialysis patients,they should be regularly evaluated by solute transport function and to take appropriate measures to prevent.
