尿道下裂修复术中应用小型号硅胶尿管的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨尿道下裂修复术中应用小型号硅胶尿管的疗效疗效。方法 2014年1月~2015年6月,30例尿道下裂修复术患者使用6F硅胶尿管做新建尿道支架,观察术后疗效。结果术后30例患者均恢复良好,6F硅胶尿管的放置时间在12~21 d,拔除支架管后排尿顺畅,随访时间为4周~1年,4例患者出现尿瘘及尿道吻合口狭窄,先予以定期尿道扩张,尿道狭窄纠正后予以尿道瘘修补,患者均获痊愈。结论采用小型号6F硅胶尿管做新建尿道的支架可以减少术后感染、尿瘘及尿道狭窄并发症,提高手术成功率。Objective To investigate effect of 6F silica gel urinary canal in application of urethral stricture after hypospadias surgery.Methods From January 2014 to June 2015,30 patients with hypospadias were treated by using 6F silica gel urinary canal,observed post-operative urethral infection and urinary fistula.ResultsPost-operative folow-up for four weeks to a year,the patients whose silica gel urinary canal was fixed for 12~21 days had no occurrence of postoperative infection. 4 cases appear urinary fistula and urethral stricture.After repairmen,the complications were eliminated. Conclusion6F silica gel urinary canal in application of urethral stricture after hypospadias surgery is confirmed to improve the success rate of operation and reduce the operation complications.
