摘　　要：目的研究交腿皮瓣移植术后并发症的护理方法及效果。方法选择2014年5月~2015年5月共行交腿皮瓣移植术患者21例,其中足部软组织损伤5例,小腿下段软组织损伤16例。对患者行交腿皮瓣移植手术,术后给予体位、皮瓣血运、防皮瓣坏死、防皮瓣感染、心理等多方面护理措施。结果 21例患者行交腿皮瓣移植术后3周均断蒂,皮瓣均成活,均痊愈出院。结论全面化、精细化的护理能有效预防多种并发症的发生,提升交腿皮瓣移植术治疗效果。Objective To study the nursing methods and effect of postoperative complications of cross leg skin flap graft.Methods A total of 21 patients with leg skin flap transplantation were selected in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015,among them,soft tissue injury in 5 cases,soft tissue injury of lower leg in 16 cases. The patients were treated with cross leg skin flap graft,and they were given the nursing measures after the operation in the aspect of body position,blood supply of skin flap,prevention of skin flap necrosis,prevention of skin flap infection,psychology,and so on.Results3 weeks after the operation of cross leg skin flap,21 cases of patients were al pedicle division, al the flaps were survived,and al the patients were cured.Conclusion Comprehensive and meticulous nursing is effective in preventing the occurrence of various complications,and is an important guarantee to improve the effect of the cross leg skin flap graft.
