摘　　要：目的分析护理质量管理在健康体检科中发挥的作用。方法选取2013年6月~2014年6月在我院进行体检的人员200例,作为实验组,其中男性110例,女性90例。同时选取于2011年6月~2012年6月在我院进行体检的人员200例,作为对照组,其中男性115例,女性85例,所有年龄21~65岁,平均年龄（42.5±2.7）岁。分析实施护理质量管理前后的情况。结果经过实施护理质量管理,对医生的满意程度,对健康体检人员的满意程度提高。结论在健康体检科中采用护理质量管理能够促进体检人员的护理满意程度。ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of nursing quality management in health examination.Methods 200 cases of physical examination in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the experimental group,including 110 males and 90 females. Also selected from June 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital for medical personnel in 200 cases as the control group,115 males and 85 cases of women,al ages ranged from 21 to 65 years old,with the average age of（42.5±2.7）years old. Analysis of the implementation of nursing quality management.ResultsAfter the implementation of nursing quality management,the satisfaction of the doctors,the satisfaction degree of health examination personnel had improved.ConclusionThe method of nursing quality management in the health examination department can promote the satisfaction degree of nursing staff.
