显微镜下颅内动脉瘤夹闭术中高血压与颅内压增高的护理

摘　　要：目的研究探讨术中高血压和颅内压增高护理对显微镜下颅内动脉瘤夹闭术临床治疗效果的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年3月收治的100例行显微镜下颅内动脉瘤夹闭术手术的患者,在手术中进行高血压和颅内压增高护理,分析手术护理的效果。结果96例患者手术成功,成功率占96.0%。有4例发生并发症占4.0%。结论术中高血压和颅内压增高护理对显微镜下颅内动脉瘤夹闭术临床护理疗效果优良。Objective This paper aimed to research and discuss about the influence from the intraoperative nursing of hypertension and increased intracranial pressure on the clinical results of intracranial aneurysm surgery under the microscope.Methods100 patients who were admitted to our hospital for intracranial aneurysm surgery under the microscope from January 2014 to March 2015 and nursing of hypertension and increased intracranial pressure was conducted on them during the surgery. And then,the effects of the operational nursing were analyzed.ResultsThe operations of 96 patients were successful,accounting for a success rate of 96%,while there were complications in four cases,accounting for 4.0%. Conclusion The intraoperative nursing of hypertension and increased intracranial pressure can provide excellent clinical results on intracranial aneurysm surgery under the microscope.
