气管镜介入治疗并发大咯血的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨气管镜介入治疗并发大咯血患者的临床护理方法及效果。方法选择2011年1月~2014年1月行气管镜下介入治疗并发急性大咯血24例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各12例,对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施护理干预。结果实验组抢救成功率100.00%高于对照组66.67%（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预有助于提高抢救成功率。ObjectiveTo study clinical care methods and results of bronchoscope interventional in treatment of patients with severe hemoptysis.Methods 24 cases patients with severe hemoptysis from January 2011 to January 2014 by bronchoscope interventional treatment were divided into control group and experimental group,the control group given routine nursing,the experimental group give nursing intervention.Results Experimental group rescue success rate 100% was significantly higher than the control group 66.67%（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention help to improve the rescue success rate.
