摘　　要：新生儿暖箱安全管理登记表的内容包括日期、暖箱编号、床号、姓名、住院号、开始时间、终末处理时间、清洁消毒日期、清洁消毒后有效期、清洁过滤网日期、清洁风机日期、清洁消毒人、检查人,共计13个项目。新生儿暖箱安全管理登记表的设计与应用,规范了新生儿暖箱的管理,减少了医院感染的发生,在确保仪器设备正常使用的同时,也保证了患儿的安全。The security management of registration table of the newborn incubator includes date,incubator number,bed number,name,hospital number, start time,last dispose time,cleaning and disinfection date, period of validity,cleaning filter date,cleaning fan date,cleaning and disinfection people,inspection people, a total of 13 projects. The design and application of infant incubators safety management registration table standardized the management,and reduced the occurrence of hospital infection,while ensured the normal use of equipment,and ensured the safety of the children.
