摘　　要："国家与社会"分析框架是当前国内学界的主流理论研究范式,广泛应用于包括社会学在内的社会科学领域。近二十年来,借助"国家与社会"分析框架,社会学论域中的诸多研究,包括乡村社会研究、城市社区研究以及社会组织研究等均取得了丰富的理论和实证成果。但综合观之,这些研究或存在对"国家与社会"框架的"神化"倾向而屏蔽了其他框架的解释力,或仅仅是在语词意义上使用"国家与社会"而无力揭示现象的本质。更为重要的是,"国家与社会"作为一种具有特定内涵的分析框架本身具有难以突破的限度,这种限度既来自与之相关的理论脉络,更与全球化和网络化时代的到来密不可分。基于此,目前国内已经陆续有学者开始质疑这一分析框架的有效性和恰切性,并致力于重构更具解释力的理论范式。The analytical framework from ＂state and society＂ is the research pattern of dominant theo- ries in current domestic academic circle, which has been widely applied to social sciences domain. In the nearly decades, with the aid of the ＂state and society＂ analytical framework, many researches in sociology domain like research on rural areas, research on urban community and social organization research have made great achievements in theory and real practice. But from the comprehensive view, these researches are inclined to deify the ＂state and society＂ analytical framework and overlook the explanatory power of other frameworks. Or they merely use ＂state and society＂ in the word level instead of revealing the social essence of the phenomenon. Above all, ＂state and society＂ analytical framework, with specific connotation, has its limits. This limitation partly comes from the relevant theoretical context, more importantly it is closely connected with the arrival of the globalization and network. Thus, domestic scholars continue to question the effectiveness and accuracy of this analytical framework, and dedicate to reconstruct a theoreti- cal pattern with more explanatory pattern
