摘　　要：目的探讨小儿肾小球疾病肾脏病理改变的特点及其与临床表现的相关性。方法选取313例肾小球疾病小儿患者进行肾组织病理检查。结果患者肾均活检成功:临床主要表现为紫癜性肾炎26例(8.32%),持续性血尿103例(32.92%),单纯性肾病82例(26.21%),急性肾炎综合征63例(20.14%)等。结论临床表现相似的疾病病理类型不同,病理类型相同的疾病的临床表现具有多样性。Objective To investigate the characteristics of renal pathological changes in glomerular disease in children and its correlation with the clinical manifestations. Methods 313 cases of pediatric patients with glomerular disease were examined by renal biopsy. Results 26 cases of patients with purpura nephritis （8.32%）, 103 cases （32.92%）, 82 cases （26.21%）, 63 cases （20.14%）, and so on. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of the disease are different, and the clinical manifestations of the same disease with different pathological types are diverse.
