彩超在甲状腺结节性病变中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声应用于甲状腺结节性病变诊断的临床价值。方法选取我院2012年2月～2015年2月收治的270例甲状腺结节性病变患者，分别给予所有患者普通B超、彩色多普勒超声和CT扫描诊断，对三种诊断方法分别进行分析比较。结果彩超和CT扫描的诊断准确率、结节性质、误诊率、发病情况和患者满意度均优于普通B超，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；彩超和CT扫描的各项指标无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺结节性病变当中具有较高的诊断价值，能帮助医师准确判断结节性质，了解发病情况，降低误诊率，提高患者满意度，该方法优于普通B超诊断。Objective To evaluate the signiifcance of color Doppler lfow imaging （CDFI） in the diagnosis of thyroid nodular lesion. Methods 270 cases of thyroid nodular lesions in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 were selected, and all patients were treated with ordinary B ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound and CT scan. The three diagnostic methods were analyzed and compared. Results Diagnostic accuracy and patient satisfaction of CDFI and CT scans were superior to type-B ultrasonic, there is a statistically significant difference between groups （P〈0.05）. The indicators between CDFI and CT scans were no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion CDFI has a high diagnostic value in thyroid nodular lesion which can help doctors accurately determine nodules,understand the incidence, reduce misdiagnosis rate and improve patient satisfaction, which is better than type-B ultrasonic diagnosis and should be introduced in clinical practice.
