罗库溴铵预注法在老年全麻诱导气管插管中应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨老年全麻诱导气管插管中罗库溴铵预注法的效果。方法选取在我院接受全麻下诱导插管的老年患者共64例,分为观察组和对照组。给予对照组非预注罗库溴铵。给予观察组预注罗库溴铵。观察临床效果。结果观察组起效时间为(111.23±15.15)s,声门暴露I级占90.6%,II级占9.4%,均优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年全麻诱导气管插管中应用罗库溴铵预注法能够提供良好的气管插管条件。Objective To explore the elderly the interaction between rocuronium endotracheal intubation induction of general anesthesia effect in the process of the injection method. Methods 64 cases of elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia were selected in our hospital, divided into observation group and control group. Results Observation group working time （111.23±15.15） seconds, the glottis exposure level I accounted for 90.6%, II level accounted for 9.4%, were superior to control group, compare the differences between groups with statistical signiifcance （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Elderly endotracheal intubation induction of general anesthesia used the interaction between rocuronium injection method can provide good endotracheal intubation conditions.
