羟苯磺酸钙联合厄贝沙坦联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨和分析羟苯磺酸钙联合厄贝沙坦联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取2014年2月～2015年2月在我院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者70例，在患者知情同意的情况下，随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组患者给予厄贝沙坦进行治疗，观察组则在对照组的基础上加用羟苯磺酸钙进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗总有效率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.1%，优于对照组的治疗总有效率80%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论羟苯磺酸钙联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切，且能够很好的改善患者血压、血糖，且降低患者尿白蛋白量，改善患者肾脏功能。Objective To discuss and analyse of calcium dobesilate irbesartan clinical effect of combined treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 70 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients admitted were chosen in our hospital form February 2014 to February 2015 , in the case of a patient informed consent were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 35 cases. In the control group were treated with irbesartan treatment, observation group in the control group based on the use of calcium dobesilate treatment. Observation and treatment of patients total effective. Results Treatment observation group total effective rate was 97.1%, signiifcantly better than the untreated control group, the total effective rate of 80%, the difference was signiifcant （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Calcium dobesilate irbesartan treatment of early diabetic nephropathy precise, and can be a good improvement in blood pressure, blood sugar, and reduces urinary albumin of patients, improve renal function in patients.
