红藤汤配合盆腔治疗仪治疗盆腔炎患者的临床疗效及预后效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨红藤汤灌肠联合盆腔治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选择慢性盆腔炎患者180例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,两组慢性盆腔炎患者经明确诊断后均给予红藤汤中药保留灌肠治疗,而观察组患者则在此药物治疗的基础上加用盆腔治疗仪联合治疗,并对两组患者临床治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的痊愈率提高,且有显著性差异(P<0.01);与此同时,观察组患者的总有效率亦有所提高,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红藤汤中药灌肠联合盆腔治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效好,方法简便。Objective To explore the red cane decoction enema combined pelvic therapeutic clinical curative effect for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 180 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were chosen, its randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were performed after definite diagnosis sargentgloryvine stem soup retention enema treatment, while the observation group of patients in the medication combined with pelvic therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the combination therapy, and to compare the effect of two groups of patients with clinical and analysis. Results Compared with control group, the cure rate of observation group of patients, and there are signiifcant differences （P〈0.01）. At the same time, the observation group of patients with total effective rate also increased, but no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine enema combined pelvic sargentgloryvine stem soup therapeutic apparatus for the treatment of chronic pelvic inlfammatory disease curative effect is good, the method is simple.
