护理干预对剖腹产术后切口恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究分析对剖腹产手术后切口进行护理干预的效果。方法根据2012年1月～2013年7月我院接收的152例剖腹产患者进行研究分析，将这些患者分成观察组和对照组，两组均是76例。观察组患者接受普通护理和早期护理干预，对照组接受普通护理，对两组患者的临床伤口恢复时间、排气时间等进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的伤口恢复时间、排便、排气时间均比对照组短（P＜0.05）；观察组出现腹胀和并发症几率比对照组低（P＜0.05）。结论早期护理干预可以让剖腹产患者的伤口尽快的恢复，减少痛苦。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the incision after caesarean section. Methods 152 cases of cesarean section patients were divided into observation group and control group from January 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital, two cases were 76 cases. The observation group received general nursing and early nursing intervention, the control group received general nursing, the clinical wound healing time and the exhaust time of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group, the wound healing time, defecation and exhaust time were shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）, the abdominal distension and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early nursing intervention can make the patients with cesarean section wound as soon as possible to recover, reduce the pain.
