摘 要:目的探讨品管圈管理模式在降低新生儿吸氧管脱落率中的应用。方法由科室护理人员组成品管圈,用讨论和查找的方法对新生儿吸氧护理工作存在的问题进行汇总,通过绘制鱼骨头等形式查找出新生儿吸氧管脱落的原因,制定并实施一系列防范吸氧管脱落的有效措施,以降低新生儿吸氧管脱落率,提高护理质量。结果在品管圈成员的指导和全体护理人员的共同参与下,我科新生儿吸氧管脱落率较以前显著下降,护理质量得到有效提升。结论品管圈工作模式可以有效调动护理人员工作积极性,加强自我管理和共同参与意识,有效提高了解决临床护理问题的能力,对提高护理质量,加强护理队伍建设,具有重要意义。Objective Discussion on the application of the management mode of product management mode in reducing the loss rate of the newborn oxygen tube. Methods By the department of nursing staff in the management circle, using the method of discussion and find out the problems of neonatal oxygen inhalation nursing work, through the mapping of ifsh bones and other forms to ifnd out the causes of neonatal oxygen tube, formulate and implement a series of effective measures to prevent oxygen tube off, to reduce the rate of neonatal oxygen tube, improve the quality of care. Results With the guidance of the member of the quality control circle and the common participation of all the nurses, the rate of the neonatal oxygen tube was signiifcantly decreased and the nursing quality was improved. Conclusion The work mode of quality control circle can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff, strengthen the consciousness of self management and joint participation, effectively improve the ability to solve clinical nursing problems, improve the quality of nursing, nursing team construction, has important signiifcance.
