摘 要:在稠油开采过程中,随着热流体的注入和油气的采出,油藏多孔介质内部的渗流场、温度场和应力场等重新分布,同时油藏多孔介质的物性参数发生变化,稠油热采是一个典型的热流固多场耦合作用过程。由于油藏多孔介质内部结构变化多样,精确描述和分析困难,目前多场耦合相关机理模型研究针对特定条件,具有一定的局限性。本文针对油藏多孔介质,提出了热流耦合计算的"三箱"分析模型,即不涉及REV(表征单元体,representative volumetric element,简称REV)内部构成的"黑箱"分析法、对REV内部进行适当简化的"灰箱"分析法,以及对REV内部进行详细分析的"白箱"分析法。利用所建模型,基于油藏多孔介质的一些典型数据,进行了耦合计算和分析,得到了一些有意义的结果。With the hot fluid injection and recovery of oil and gas, seepage field ,stress field and temperature field in reservoir porous medium will be redistributed in the process of thermal recovery of heavy oil. Heavy oil thermal recovery is a typical multi-field coupling process. Due to the variety of interior structure of porous reservoir media, it is difficult to get precise description and analysis. The current multi-field coupling models are all for very special conditions, it has limitations to some extent. This paper proposes the analysis model of heat-flow coupling based on "three box" method directing at reservoir porous medium, which does not involve "black box" analysis method of the REV(representative volumetric element)interior structure, "gray box" method with appropriate simplification for REV interior structure, and "white box" method which has precise analysis for REV interior structure. By using the model mentioned above, the coupling calculation and analysis are carried on, which is based on some typical data of reservoir porous media, obtaining some meaningful results.
