生态安全视域下的农业水资源利用研究

摘　　要：生态安全关系国计民生,是农业发展乃至整个社会经济发展的重要影响因素。水资源生态安全是生态安全的重要组成部分,是战略性的经济资源,也是基础性的自然资源,同样也是生态环境的重要控制要素。在生态安全视域下,我国的水资源利用,特别是农业水资源利用面临诸多困难,存在很多问题,甚至危及生态安全。文章从生态安全等相关概念入手,对我国当前的农业水资源利用现状及存在问题进行归纳,重点对生态安全和农业水资源利用之间的内在关系进行了深入分析,并以此为依据,对农业水资源合理利用的途径进行探索,提出了相应的具体措施,希望能够为实现农业发展和生态安全双赢提供帮助。Ecological security is of vital importance to the nation＇s economy and people＇s livelihood. It is a dominant factor affecting the development of agriculture and social economy. Ecological security of water resources is an important part of ecological security. It is a strategic economic resource, foundational natural resource and important controlling factor of ecological environment. In the view of ecological security, the utilization of water resources, especially with agricultural water resources facing many difficulties, has some problems and even endangering ecological security in China. The paper started with ecological security and related concepts. The author summarized the current situation and problem of agricultural water resources utilization, made a deep analysis on the internal relationship between ecological security and the utilization of agricultural water resources. And taking this as the basis, the paper actively explored reasonable ways of the utilization of agricultural water resources, proposed the concrete measure, hoping to help realize agricultural development and the ecological security, and to achieve a win-win goal.,
