摘  要:液压机械无级变速箱(HMCVT)传递功率大、传动效率高且具有良好的操纵舒适性和燃油经济性,尤其适合大功率拖拉机的复杂工况要求。针对现有HMCVT样机传动系统结构复杂、体积庞大、齿轮副级数多、传动效率低、难以配套农机厂家等不足,提出一种中间轴式HMCVT。新、旧传动系输出速度、输出转矩、液压马达负载及液压传动效率的对比分析表明,新传动系具有稳定行驶速度更低和输出转矩更大的优点,且机械传动效率得到有效的提高。同时,新的设计减少了齿轮副级数,采用同步器换段替代原有湿式离合器及其配套的液压控制元件,使得变速箱结构更为紧凑,体积和质量大幅减小,成本得以降低,可以较好地与大功率拖拉机相匹配。Based on the advantages that large transmission power,high transmission efficiency ,and good maneuverability, Hydraulic-Mechanical Continuously Variable Transmission (HMCVT) is suitable for large power tractor working condition of the complex requirements. In view of the existing HMCVT prototype of the drive system,it has complicated structure,large volume, excessive gear series ,low transmission efficiency and hardly to form a complete set of agricultural machinery manufacturers, etc. ,this paper puts forward a kind of intermediate shaft type HMCVT. Through the comparison of output speed,output torque, motor load and the efficiency of hydraulic drive between new with old prototype ,the results show that the new design has a lower speed and stability of the output torque, and it effectively improves the efficiency of mechanical transmission. At the same time, it reduces the series of gears, adopts synchronizer instead of the wet clutch and hydraulic control components. Besides ,the trans- mission structure will be more compact, volume and quality will be reduced, the cost of production will be greatly reduced, so it can be well matched high-power tractor.
