HPLC法同时测定心神宁片中栀子苷和甘草苷的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立同时测定心神宁片中栀子苷和甘草苷含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3,流动相为乙腈-水（梯度洗脱）,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为238 nm,进样量为10μl。结果：栀子苷、甘草苷质量浓度分别在16.3～407.9、7.4～185.9μg/ml范围内与各自峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r均为0.999 9）;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤1.63%;平均加样回收率分别为99.05%、98.00%,RSD分别为1.28%、1.84%（n=9）。结论：该方法准确、灵敏、简便,可用于心神宁片中栀子苷和甘草苷的含量测定。OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for simultaneous determination of the contents of geniposide and liquiritin in Xinshenning tablets. METHODS： HPLC was performed on the column of Inertsil ODS-3 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water （gradient elution） at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 25 ℃, detection wavelength was 238 nm and the vol- ume was 10 pl. RESULTS： The mass concentration range was 16.3-407.9 μg/ml for geniposide（r=0.999 9） and 7.4-185.9 μg/ml for liquiritin（r=0.999 9）; RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were no more than 1.63% ;average recoveries were 99.05% （RSD= 1.28%, n=9） and 98.00% （RSD= 1.84%, n=9）, respectively. CONCLUSIONS： The established method is accu- rate, sensitive and simple, and can be used for the contents determination of geniposide and liquiritin in Xinshenning tablets.
