摘 要:目的:对变异白色红花总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。方法:在单因素实验的基础上,以总黄酮含量为指标,采用正交实验设计考察渗漉法和回流法最佳工艺。结果:确定回流法提取效果优于渗滤法,回流提取的最佳工艺参数为:乙醇浓度60%,料液比1:15,回流提取2次,每次30 min,在此条件下白花提取液总黄酮含量达到18.51%。结论:回流提取工艺条件简单、稳定、可行,为变异白色红花黄酮的提取提供依据。Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of total flavones from White safflower variety. Methods: Based on single factor experiment, percolation method and ethanol reflux method were investigated by orthogonal design. The total flavones con- tent was considered as the indicator to optimize the main influencing factors. Results: The effect of reflux extraction was better than the percolation. The optimum reflux condition was using fifteen times the amount of 60% ethanol, extracting 2 times, 30 minutes for each time , by which the total flavones content of white safflower variety extraction reached 18.51%. Conclusion: The reflux extraction process is simple, stable and efficient. It can provide basis for extracting total flavones from white safflower variety .
