“严氏失眠症中医辨证诊断和治疗前瞻性评定表”设计及使用

摘　　要：为解决中医师留存完整病史较困难、数据性记录较少、回顾性总结较多等问题,上海市中医医院睡眠疾病专科结合失眠症发病特点,设计了"严氏失眠症中医辨证诊断和治疗前瞻性评定表"。作者使用该表登记了500例失眠症,又应用该表作为疗效评价工具观察了200例王翘楚经验方甘麦龙骨汤治疗肝郁瘀阻型失眠症。结果证明,该表不仅能即时记录完整病史、症状评分、证候判定,还能作为疗效评价依据,对本专科确有实用价值。Our specialists have designed Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of Yan＇s insomnia prospective scale, combing features of insomnia, in order to overcome difficulties including incomplete case records, few digital statistics, redundant retrospective summaries etc. Within this scale as an evaluation tool, the author has registered 500 cases of insomnia, observing 200 cases of insomnia on liver depression and stasis treated by WANG Qiao-chu＇s Gan Mai Long Gu decoction. Results show that by this scale, researchers could not only record complete case history, symptom scores, syndromes differentiation, but also offer the evidence of treatment evaluation. All these are worthwhile to practice in the field of this disease.
