摘　　要：氨酚羟考酮是盐酸羟考酮和对乙酰氨基酚的组方片剂,临床上主要用于各种原因引起的中、重度急、慢性疼痛,目前有关治疗神经病理性疼痛的报道日渐增多,本文就其在神经病理性疼痛方面的镇痛机制、临床应用及不良反应作一综述,供临床工作者参考。Oxycodone-acetaminophen tablets, a compound of oxycodone hydrochloride and acetaminophen, is mainly used in the treatment of acute and chronic moderate-severe pain. The tablets are increasingly used in the treatment of neuropathic pain. In this review, we focused on the mechanism, clinical application and adverse reac- tion of oxycodone-acetaminophen tablets in the treatment of neuropathic pain.
