摘　　要：氨酚羟考酮是羟考酮和对乙酰氨基酚复方镇痛制剂,目前广泛用于治疗骨关节疼痛。该药在治疗骨关节疼痛中具有一定的优势:2种成份中对乙酰氨基酚具有显著的中枢镇痛作用,无非甾体抗炎药(NSAID)样反应,羟考酮为阿片受体激动剂主要作用于中枢神经系统,药理作用与吗啡相似;羟考酮与对乙酰氨基酚具有协同作用,具有良好的疗效与耐受性,可用于治疗中至重度疼痛;并对单独的NSAID或对乙酰氨基酚治疗无应答者有效。对长期应用治疗骨关节疼痛的疗效与安全性进行了评估,疗效良好,是治疗骨关节疼痛的一线药物。Currently, the compound preparation of oxycodone and acetaminophen is widely used in the treatment of joint pain. The compound has advantages in the treatment of joint pain. Acetaminophen has significant activity of central analgesia and no NSAID-like side reactions. Oxycodone is an opioid agonist that mainly acts on central nervous system, and its pharmacological effect is similar to that of morphine. Combination of aeetaminophen with oxycodone at fixed doses with synergic mechanism can be used in the treatment of moderate-severe pain, and is effective in patients who are not responsible to NSAID or acetaminophen alone. Thus it has satisfactory efficacy and tolerability. Its long-term efficacy and safety in the treatment of joint pain have been evaluated. This compound shows a curative effect at lower individual doses, so it is the first-line drug for the treatment of joint pain.
