摘 要:镁及其合金具有适合的综合力学性能、与人体良好的生物相容性能以及生物可降解吸收等特点,有望成为一类新型医用植入材料。镁及镁合金作为医用材料很早就应用于人体,但过快的降解速度限制了其广泛应用。近年来,随着冶金技术及表面处理技术的不断进步,镁及其合金的医学应用研究得到了快速的发展。本文简述了镁金属作为医用植入材料的研究发展现状,分析了其应用上的优势与不足,并对其作为医用材料的发展前景进行了展望。Because of suitable mechanical properties, good bio-compatibility and biodegradability, Mg and its alloys are expected to become a new class of medical implant materials. Mg and its alloy were used as medical material a long time ago, but the over fast degradation rate restricted their application. Recently, with the development of metallurgy and surface modification technology, researches on the medical applications of Mg and its alloy are rapidly developed. This paper brielfy reviewed the current research and development status of Mg-based metals as implant materials, described their advantages and disadvantages for applications, and prospected the developing tendency for their applications as medical materials.
