摘  要:目的探讨快速自旋回波(TSE)抑脂序列与快速小角度激发(FLASH)抑脂序列在颈部增强扫描中的应用价值。方法采用Siemens Avanto 1.5T磁共振扫描仪对30名受检者行颈部增强扫描,分别采用T1加权快速自旋回波抑脂序列(T1-TSE-FS)、T1加权快速小角度激发抑脂序列(T1-FLASH-FS)。由两名高年资医师对两种序列的成像效果进行评分,采用秩和检验分析评分结果。结果 30名受检者均完成T1-TSE-FS和T1-FLASH-FS序列的横轴位、冠状位、矢状位扫描。横、冠、矢三方位的总扫描时间:T1-FLASH-FS比T1-TSE-FS快2 min 55 s。运动伪影:横、冠、矢三方位上,T1-FLASH-FS的运动伪影数目均少于T1-TSE-FS,两者评分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血管搏动伪影:横轴位上,T1-FLASH-FS的血管搏动伪影明显少于T1-TSE-FS,两者评分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠状位、矢状位上,两者评分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。脂肪抑制效果:横、冠、矢三方位上,T1-FLASH-FS的脂肪抑制效果均优于T1-TSE-FS,两者评分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 T1-FLASH-FS较T1-TSE-FS采集时间短,运动伪影、血管搏动伪影少,脂肪抑制效果好,能更好地满足诊断要求。Objective To discuss the application value of TSE (Turbo Spin Echo) fat saturation (FS) and FLASH (Fast Low Angle Shot) FS sequences in cervical enhanced scanning. Methods Altogether 30 patients underwent cervical contrast-enhanced MRI (CE-MRI) scanning with Siemens Avanto 1.5 T MRI scanner. The images of all 30 cases were obtained on both the TSE-FS and FLASH-FS sequences, and then were evaluated and scored by two experienced radiologists separately. Scoring results were analyzed statistically with the Wilcoxon test. Results T1WIs with both of TSE-FS and FLASH-FS sequences in all orientations including transverse and coronal and sagittal dimensions, had been acquired in all 30 patients. T1-FLASH-FS sequences were 2&#39;55&quot;faster than T1-TSE-FS in the total acquisition time in all dimensions. As for motion artifacts, in all transverse and coronal as well as saggital orientations, it was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05) between T1-FLASH-FS and T1-TSE-FS sequences with artifacts in the former one less than the later one. As for vascular pulsatility artifacts, only in transverse scanning, it was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05) between T1-FLASH-FS and T1-TSE-FS sequences with artifacts in the former one less than the later one;but in the other two orientations including both coronary and saggital orientations, on the contrary, it was not statistically signiifcant (P〉0.05). As for fat saturation effect, in all the transverse and coronal as well as sagittal orientations, it was better on T1-FLASH-FS sequence than the T1-TSE-FS with statistical signiifcant differences between the two scores (P〈0.05). Conclusion With shorter acquisition time, less motion artifacts and pulsatility artifacts as well as better fat suppression effect, T1-FLASH-FS sequence could better meet the diagnostic requirements in comparison with T1-TSE-FS sequence in cervical CE-MRI scanning.
