摘 要:目的提高医学影像存储与通讯系统(PACS)的传输速度,解决医生调阅影像资料时间延长问题。方法在不增大PACS服务器存储空间的前提下,设置合理的存储水线阈值和图像自动删除配置参数,实现自动查找PACS服务器中近线存储超过10000幅以上的影像信息的病人资料,然后手动将其删除。结果通过很长一段时间的后续观察,科室各机房影像资料传输缓慢的现象不再出现,诊断医生调阅影像资料的速度也有所提高,PACS服务器存储空间的水线也维持在一个稳定的范围内。结论在不增加磁盘扩容成本投入时,本文所采用的解决PACS服务器存储空间不足的方法,值得同行借鉴。Objective To increase the transmission speed of PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) so as to solve the problem in doctor’s latency access to the image information. Methods Without increasing the storage space, a reasonable allocation of storage waterline threshold and images were automatically deleted by setting the conifguration parameters. Automatic search of the patients’ data from over ten thousand frames in near-line storage of PACS was realized and then manually deleted in the database server. Results Through follow-up observations for a long period of time, the phenomenon of slow transmission of the image data in each room hardly occurred. The waterline in PACS server storage space was maintained within a stable range. Diagnostician’s access to the image data from the PACS server also had sped up. Conclusion The practice successfully solved the shortage of server disk storage space without increasing the storage space and relevant costs, which provided references for other hospitals.
