摘　　要：目的开发检查科室排队叫号系统,减少患者检查排队时间。方法系统基于检查科室就医流程,采用客户机/服务器模式设计,客户机与服务器之间采用Winsock协议实现实时通信和数据交换。结果系统使用以来,提高了工作效率,减少了病人等候的时间,使检查更加有序。结论检查科室排队叫号系统的应用优化了就医流程,提高了患者的满意度。Objective To design a queuing system for medical examination departments to reduce the waiting time for patients. Methods The system was designed based on the procedures of medical examination departments, which adopted the client/server mode and achieved real-time communication and data exchange via Winsock protocol between clients and the server. Results Implementation of the queuing management system reduced waiting time and realize orderly management of medical examinations and improved work efficiency. Conclusion The system demonstrated its advantages in optimizing the service process and improving the work efifciency and patients’ satisfaction degree.
