摘  要:采用冷压烧结法制备了CNTs-Fe3Al基复合摩阻材料。经添加0.5%~5%CNTs、1%~5%Al2O3,研究了掺杂物含量及摩擦载荷对摩阻材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,并采用SEM对材料初始表面形貌及磨损形貌进行了观测。结果表明,随着CNTs及Al2O3含量的逐渐增加,磨损方式将由磨粒磨损向疲劳磨损转变。添加CNTs时,摩擦系数先降低后升高再降低;添加Al2O3时,摩擦系数不断升高。加入0.5%CNTs、3%Al2O3可制备平均摩擦系数0.7,硬度295.8HV的摩阻材料。CNTs-Fe3A1 based composite friction material was prepared by cold sintering. By adding 0. 5%-- 5 % CNTs and 1 %--5 %A1203, the effect on the friction and wear performance in dopant content and friction loading of the composite materials was discussed. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was carried out to observe the surfaces of the composition. The results show that, with the content increasing of CNTs and AleO3, the way o/- wearing will change to fatigue wear from abrasive wear. The coefficient of friction decreased first and then increased and then de- creased when adding CNTs, contrast to increase continuously when adding Al2Oa. When adding 0. 5% CNTs, 3 A1203, the composite friction material can be prepared, which the value of average coefficient of friction is 0. 7, and hardness is 295.8HV.
