摘 要:以含磷环氧树脂、甲苯2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚N403和端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)为反应组分,乙酸乙酯(EA)为溶剂,采用预聚体法合成了不同组分比的含磷环氧树脂/聚氨酯材料。利用全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM-EDS)分别研究了材料的组分含量、相形态和元素分布。结果显示:当含磷环氧树脂质量分数为3.0%时,其结合聚氨酯硬段,以分散相粒子(0~15μm)分布在聚氨酯基体中,并且粒子的含量沿厚度方向梯度递增。进一步通过表面水接触角法(SCA)和拉伸试验测定了材料的表面亲水性和力学性能。结果表明,当材料具有梯度相形态时,上下表面的亲水性差异较大,底表面亲水性更强;并且材料具有相对较高的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。The epoxy resin/polyurethane materials were prepared using phosphorus-containing epoxy resin,2, 4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI),polyether N403 and hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)as reagents and ethyl acetate as solvent.The phase morphology and contests of the materials were detected using scanning electron micro-scope (SEM)coupled with energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS),and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy cou-pled with attenuated total reflectance(ATRFTIR),respectively.It was found that the phosphorus-containing epoxy resin,with the mass fraction of 3.0%,combined with the polyurethane hard segments and dispersed as micro-particles (0-1 5 μm).Meanwhile,the contents of the micro-particles increased gradually along the vertical direction,thus ac-cumulating between the interface of blends and substrate.Moreover,the hydrophilicity and mechanical properties of the materials were measured with surface contact angle (SCA)and tensile tests,respectively.The results showed that the difference of the hydrophilicity between the upperand underlying surface became greater,as the materials with gra-dient phase morphology.Moreover the gradient materials possessed relatively higher tensile strength and elongation at break.
