摘  要:以WC、TiB2和Co粉末为原材料,采用原位反应液相烧结工艺,在1400℃真空烧结炉中制备了WCoBTiC复相金属陶瓷。利用FE-SEM、EDS和XRD等技术,研究了不同含量晶粒长大抑制剂Cr3C2对WCoB-TiC金属陶瓷组织和性能的影响。结果表明,添加Cr3C2能有效抑制WCoB-TiC金属陶瓷晶粒异常长大,使得材料获得更均匀细小的微观组织,并且提高硬度和耐磨性能。随着抑制剂Cr3C2含量的增加,金属陶瓷的晶粒更细小均匀(晶粒尺寸可达1.0μm),硬度随之升高到91.0HRA,并且耐磨性能得到明显改善,磨损损失质量远小于未添加Cr3C2的试样。With WC, TiB2 and Co powders as raw materials, WCoB-TiC based cermets were prepared by liquid phase reaction sintering in vacuum furnace at 1400 ℃. The consolidation of WCOPrTiC based cermets with additions of Cr3℃ grain growth inhibitors were studied. The effect of adding different contents of Cr3 ℃ to WCOB-TiC based cer- mets on the grain growth was studied. The microstructure and mechanical properties of WCOB-TiC based cermets were analyzed by means of field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and so on. The results showed that addition of Cr3C2 could effectively suppress the constant grain growth in WCoB-TiC based cermets. The average size of the grains in WCOB-TiC based cermets is only 1.0μ m and thus the inhibitors obtains the higher hardness (91.0HRA). Mechanical properties (hardness and wear resistance) of WCot3-TiC based cermets were linearly increased with the increase of Cr3C2.
