摘 要:在相同质量分数下空心碳纤维相对实心碳纤维数量更多,可以形成更致密的网络结构,因而有更好的应用特性。为了研究空心结构短切碳纤维的散射特性,基于有限元方法,推导了支配方程,对单根纤维建立仿真模型,并进行区域离散和设定边界条件,建立方程组并求解出碳纤维表面电场的分布情况。计算结果表明,相同外直径下,空心碳纤维表面电场强度比实心碳纤维小;空心碳纤维表面电场强度随着直径、壁厚和电导的增大而增大。In the condition of same quality fraction, hollow carbon fiber has more quantity than solid carbon fi- ber. Therefore hollow carbon fiber can form a denser network structure, and has a better application characteristic. In order to study the scattering property of chopped carbon fibers with hollow structure, domination equation has been derived based on the Finite Element Method. The simulation model of a single carbon fiber has been formed. Then the regional discrete has been executed and the boundary condition has been set. Finally the equation has been built and solved to get the distribution of external electric field of carbon fiber. Results showed that the external electric field in- tensity of hollow carbon fiber is less than solid carbon fiber under the condition of same outer diameter. And the exter- nal electric field intensity of hollow carbon fiber is increasing with the increase of diameter, wall thickness and con- ductance.
