面向智慧应用框架的智慧湖北发展模式研究

摘　　要：智慧城市是城市创新发展的必然,面向智慧应用框架的智慧湖北建设是推进湖北省新型城市化、信息技术与应用领域深化融合的重要举措。在界定智慧城市内涵的基础上,分析了面向智慧应用系统的智慧湖北建设存在的问题,提出了智慧湖北发展战略,包括以智慧武汉为核心发挥辐射作用、基于城市化发展阶段分步推进智慧建设、立足区域特色资源优势开展智慧应用建设,并构建了面向智慧应用框架的智慧湖北发展模式,最后提出了智慧湖北建设保障机制。As an inevitable trend for urbanization development ,smart application construction of Smart Hubei is an impor‐tant strategy for promoting new urbanization and application of information technology .Based on the definition of smart city and analysis of present situation for urbanization development of Smart Hubei ,this paper reveals existing problems in smart application system construction of Smart Hubei ,and puts forward development strategy for smart Hubei ,including construction of smart Wuhan ,Implementation step by step and phased forward ,exploring advantages of regional charac‐teristic resources .Then ,smart application‐oriented development mode for Smart Hubei established .Finally ,proposes guarantee mechanism of development of smart Hubei .
