摘 要:地铁车门的可靠性关系到乘客的人身安全。现有车门可靠性研究缺少对车门可靠性评估,难以为车门的维护提供指导。提出了以Minitab统计分析软件中的AndersonDarling统计量最小原则来确定车门系统各部件寿命的最优拟合分布的可靠性分析方法。对车门失效数据进行筛选,剔除无效数据;对车门失效数据进行分布拟合,应用Anderson-Darling统计量最小原则得到最优分布;估计寿命最优分布的有关参数,检验拟合分布是否合理;最后,计算可靠度R=0.95时车门系统的寿命。计算结果表明,当R=0.95时,车门的可靠寿命t0.95=92.14 d,与地铁维修部门的现场经验一致。本方法能为地铁公司维修决策提供技术支持。The reliability of metro vehicle door is directly related to the safety of passengers,but there are less research achievements on the reliability assessment of vehicle door.In this paper,Anderson Darling statistic minimum principle is introduced to determine the optimal fitting distribution of door system.First,the failure data of vehicle door are screened and removed,then Anderson Darling statistic minimum principle is applied to obtain the optimal distribution of the failure data of vehicle door.The distribution parameters are estimated and the distribution fitting is tested,the lifetime of door system is calculatedwhen the reliability Ris 0.95.The results show that when Ris 0.95,the reliable lifetime is t0.95 =92.14 d,which is consistent with the field experience of metro conformity,so the method can provide references for the decision-making in vehicle door maintenance.
