摘 要:针对城市轨道交通车辆漏雨试验时泄漏率高达30%的现状,提出了一种基于超声波检测技术,将超声波发生器作为信号源置于车辆车厢内,利用车外超声波接收装置,将超声振动波转换成电压信号输出,经计算机处理分析后可自动评定城市轨道交通车辆的漏雨密封性能。在车外操作超声波柔性探头扫描车辆,可检测到车辆孔洞、缝隙或密封不良部位漏出的超声波声音信号,超声波耳机可听到泄漏声或看到数位信号的变动,从而确定泄漏部位,进行预先控制和处理,可大大降低因漏雨造成的车辆返工返修率。该方法检测成本低、可靠性高,对车辆制造商和车辆运营单位具有现实意义。Since the leakage rate in the raining test for mass transit vehicle is up to 30%, the application of ultrasonic dctectiontechnologyis raised. In which the ultrasonic gener- ator is set inside the vehicle as asignal source, and a receiv- erthatis set outsidewill converted the ultrasonic wave to voltage signal which will be output to the computer to be processed for the evaluation of the vehicle sealing perform- ance. The vehicle can be scanned by operating the ultrason- ic probe outside to pick up the ultrasonic wave leaked through the cavity, cracks or poor sealed positions, then the leaking sound can be heard by wearing ultrasonic earphone, or the variation of digital signal can be seen, thus the lea- king position is located for the pre - control and treatment measures. Consequently, the rework caused by the vehicle- leakage inrain the car will be reduced as far as possible. The testing cost of this method is low, and the reliability is high. This method is of realistic significant in practice for car manufacturers and train operators.
