摘　　要：近年来,PMU装置作为广域测量系统的重要组成部分得到了广泛应用,随着智能变电站的快速发展,传统的PMU检测方法已经无法满足智能站PMU装置测试的需求。文章介绍了智能站PMU装置的工作方式,并针对其功能测试的需求,开发出了基于IEC61850的PMU测试仪,并介绍了该测试仪的软件设计思想。利用该测试仪构成的闭环系统,提供了一种PMU装置的性能检测方法,能实现对智能站PMU装置进行精度校验、功能测试和规约测试。In recent years the PMU equipment, as an important department of wide-area measurement system, has been widely used. With the rapidly development of smart transformer substation, traditional PMU testing method could not meet the requirement of smart station PMU equipment testing. The operation mode of smart station PMU equipment is introduced in this paper. In view of the requirement of function testing, the PMU testing machine is exploited based on IEC1850, and the design ideas of testing machine＇ s software is introduced. Using closed-loop system composed by this testing machine, it can realize the functions of precise calibration, functional tests and statute tests for smart station PMU equipment, which provides a realization method for performance testing of PMU equipment.
