摘  要:西藏玉龙铜矿矿石含铜1.89%,含硫25.62%,氧化率较高并含大量易浮脉石,矿物种类多且嵌布复杂,铜硫分离难度大。在详细的选矿试验研究基础上,通过工艺流程的选择和高效抑制剂BD的使用,最终确定先硫后氧—铜硫部分混合浮选工艺,取得较好的选矿指标,小型闭路试验指标为铜精矿铜品位21.36%、铜回收率71.90%,硫精矿硫品位45.35%、硫回收率90.52%。经工业试验调试和应用,选矿工艺指标良好。A cppper ore in Yulong Tibet with 1.89% Cu, and 25.62% S, is founded to contain high oxidation ratio and a large quantity of floatable gangue minerals. The crude ore species and complex structures, making it difficult to separate copper and sulfide. is composed of various mineral Based on tremendous laboratory tests, the mineral sample was investigated in detail. Adopting the first sulphide then oxidize-Cu-S partial bulk flotation process, and with the help of efficient inhibitors BD, good metallurgical performance was achieved. Technological indexes of mineral processing in the small-scaled self-circle trial are as following: copper concentrate grade grade 21.36%, recovery 71.90% ; sulfide concentrate grade 45.35%, recovery 90. 52%. Under industrial debugging and application, good processing index is obtained.
