摘  要:目前国内金精矿生物预氧化—氰化提金工艺生产应用的细菌活性温度为35-45℃。对氧化亚铁硫杆菌菌种进行筛选、培育、分离提纯、诱变、驯化、金矿石氧化试验等一系列的菌种培养试验后,已经基本分离出适合温度为51℃的嗜热菌。该菌种使某金精矿从原来的细菌氧化时间15 d缩短为9-10 d,金的浸出率达96.04%。The bacterial activity temperature is between 35 -45 during the production and application of biological oxidation-cyanide leaching gold technology at the current domestic. The thermophilic bacteria which are basically for the temperature of 51 ℃ has been isolated after a series of bacterial culture tests including screening, cultivation, separation, purification, mutagenesis, domestication and the experiment of gold ore oxidation to the thiobacillus fcrrooxidans strains. Using this kind of strains, the bacteria oxidation time of a gold concentrate can decrease from 15 days to 9 - 10 days, and the gold leaching rate can reach to 96. 04%.
