摘  要:以某含金铜矿石为研究对象,采用高压辊磨机和颚式破碎机两种不同方式进行破碎,将两种粉碎产品分别进行浮选试验研究,考察粉碎方式对含金铜矿石浮选指标的影响。研究结果表明,在磨矿细度-74μm 75%条件下,高压辊磨—球磨产品浮选获得的含金铜精矿比颚式破碎—球磨产品浮选相同产品产率提高0.14%,金品位提高0.64 g/t,金回收率提高2.80%,铜品位提高0.73%,铜回收率提高6.19%。同时对不同粉碎方式磨矿产品浮选效果进行了经济对比。To analyze the effect of different crushing styles on the flotation of copper ore containing gore, me flotation test in two different crushing products between high pressure grinding rolls and jaw crusher were respectively studied. The results show that: when grinding fineness is -74 μm and 75% , compared to the gold-bearing copper concentration of jaw crusher-ball- ore samples, the gold-bearing copper concentration of high pressure grinding rolls-ball-milling ore samples yields were increased by 0. 14%, the grade of Au was increased by 0. 64 g/t, the recovery rate of Au was increased 2. 80%, the grade of Cu was increased by 0. 73%, the recovery rate of Cu was increased by 6. 19%. At the same time, the flotation economic comparison was carried out between two different crushing and grinding produces.
