多耐药肺结核患者外周血中CD4细胞、CD8细胞与血清腺苷脱氨酶相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的研究多耐药肺结核患者外周血中CD4细胞、CD8细胞与腺苷脱氨酶的相关性。方法对47例多耐药肺结核患者外周血中CD4细胞、CD8细胞、CD4/CD8及血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)进行检测与分析。结果多耐药肺结核患者外周血中CD4细胞、CD8细胞、CD4/CD8及血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)检测结果分别为(481.53±293.28)个/μl、(376.68±239.62)个/μl、(1.46±0.60)、(17.40±8.06)U/L,相关性分析显示CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8与ADA相关系数分别为0.066、0.053、0.141,P均>0.05。结论多耐药肺结核患者外周血中CD4细胞、CD8细胞及CD4/CD8与血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)无相关性。Objective To study the correlations between adenosine deaminase （ADA） and CD4 cells, CD8 cells in peripheral blood of multidrug - resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods CD4 calls, CD8 cells, CD4/CD8 and serum ADA in peripheral blood of 47 patients with multidrug- resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were tested and analyzed. Results CD4 cells, CD8 cells, CD4/CD8 and ADA in peripheral blood of 47 patients with multidmg resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were （481.53± 293.28）/μl, （376.68 ±239.62）/μl, （1.46 ± 0.60） and （17.40± 8.06） U/L respectively. Correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficients between ADA and CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 were 0. 066, 0. 053 and 0. 141 respectively （all P 〉0.05）. Conelttsions There are no correlations between serum ADA and CD4 cells, CD8 cells, CD4/CD8 in peripheral blood of patients with multidrug- resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.
