摘  要:河南神火新材料公司采用常压脱硅工艺生产Al2O3。种蒸母液加入到粗液内,提高粗液稳定性;优化蒸汽加热方式,降低脱硅汽耗;用二段脱硅产生的钙硅渣作一段脱硅的晶种,脱硅工艺流程简单,汽耗较低,脱硅后的Na Al O2溶液满足制取Al2O3的质量要求。A12O3 was produce by using desilication process under normal pressure in Shenhuo New Material Company of Henan Province. Seed evaporation mother liquor were added into crude liquid, which can improve the stability of crude liquid, optimize steam heating mode, reduce the steam consumption of desilication process. Calcium silica slag produced in two-stage desilication is used as the seed in one-stage desilication. Desilication process is simple, steam consumption is low, NaA1O2 solution after the desilica-tion can meet the quality requirements to prepare A12O3.
