摘  要:对矿业公司大孤山铁矿露天采场底部排水系统水泵运行现状进行分析与研究,发现水泵运行效率较低,严重损耗能量。主要针对铁矿采场排水系统运行的工作特点进行技术分析与研究,同时进行技术经济比较,通过观察水泵管路特性曲线,进而提出节能改造相关方案,从而让相关决策人员有效做到节能降耗。By the analysis and research of the current operation drainage pump at the bottom of the excavating plant in Dagushan iron mine in mining company, it found that the pump efficiency is low, energy consumption is severe. This paper analyzed and studied the working features of drainage system running in iron ore mining, compared its technical and economic at the same time, put forward some related solutions of energy-saving renovation by observing the pump pipeline characteristic curve, so that the related decision makers can achieve saving energy and reducing consumption.
