摘　　要：1937年抗日战争爆发,时任国立北平师范大学图书课课长的何日章先生随学校西迁至西安。在战时和战后初期极其困难的11年里,何日章先后创设了西北联合大学图书馆、国立西北师范学院图书馆,协助刘国钧先生创办了国立西北图书馆,奠定了国立兰州大学图书馆的业务基础和发展方向,为促进民国时期西北地区图书馆事业的建设与发展做出了历史性贡献。ley, Mr He The Anti-Japanese War broke out in 1937, The national Beiping normal University book chapter wings- Rizhang moved to Xi ＂an with the University. In wartime and extremely difficult postwar 11 years, Mr He Rizhang has created the Northwestern United University Library, the National Northwest Normal College Library, and assisted Mr Liu Guojun founded the National Library of Northwest, laid the foundation of the National Lanzhou University Library business and development direction, made historic contribution to the construction and development of library cause to promote the northwest region during the period of the Republic of China.
