摘　　要：目前公认的治疗女性压力性尿失禁的首选手术方法为无张力尿道中段吊带术。医疗技术的不断发展要求手术在保证其有效性的同时追求更为微创的方式,单切口尿道中段吊带术在这种背景下应运而生。然而许多单切口尿道中段吊带术在达到了微创的效果后并没有很好地保证其有效性。Ajust TM是一种新的可调节的单切口尿道中段吊带术,目前很多文献都证实了其在微创的前提下同时具有较高的安全性和有效性。本文着重介绍了Ajust TM的手术技巧、优势、可能出现的并发症及处理方法,希望此手术可以得到推广,以造福更多女性压力性尿失禁患者。At present ,tension‐free mid‐urethral sling is recognized as the first choice for treatment of female stress urinary incontinence .With the continuous development of medical technology ,the sling surgery is pursuiting more minimal invasive‐ness and higher efficacy at the same time .Single incision mini‐slings arises under this background .But many kinds of single in‐cision mini‐slings won＇t ensure its effectiveness .AjustTM is a kind of adjustable single incision mini‐slings .So far ,many articles had confirmed AjustTM could ensure high efficacy and safety and minimal invasiveness at the same time .This paper emphasis on the surgical techniques ,advantage and complications of this procedure .We hope this procedure can be promoted and benefit more female patients with stress urinary incontinence .
