摘 要:孤岛地段是巷道支护工程中的难点,复杂条件下其支护难度更大。孤岛地段交叉点巷道顶板易破坏,孤岛岩柱易变形,普通的加固方法都满足不了孤岛地段对支护强度的需求。运用有限元法模拟孤岛的变形,根据孤岛地段的破坏机理,提出了新的支护方法。用双控锚索加固孤岛岩柱,用空间锚索桁架支护周围巷道。运用有限元法对这种支护方法进行数值模拟,验证了新的支护方法的合理性。淮北临涣矿东部孤岛地段岩层软弱破碎且受采动影响,工程应用结果表明,这种支护方法有效地遏制了该地段围岩的变形。The support for the isolated rock pillar region is a thorny point in the roadway support engineering, and, the difficulty of supporting is more difficult under complex conditions. The roofs of crossing roadways in the region of isolated rock pillar are easily damaged, and the isolated rock pillar is easily deformed. Therefore, the ordinary reinforcement methods are unable to meet the demand for supporting intensity. The deformation of the isolated rock pillar region is simulated by the finite element method, and based on the deformation characteristics, a new support method is presented. The isolated rock pillar is reinforced by double-control anchor ropes, and the surrounding roadways are supported by the bolt and anchor truss in three-dimension. The way is simulated by the finite element method, and the new methods prove to be reasonable. There is an isolated rock pillar region in the strata which are fractured weak and influenced by dynamical pressure of mining in the eastern section of Linhuan Coal of Huaibei. The engineering application results in the region show that the deformation of the surrounding rock is effectively curbed by the new method.
